Clarasonic is a US company with factory in Thailand. They are a composite materials integrator. Stocking long lead time inner core materials such as Rohacell, PVC foam, and Nomex/Kevlar honeycomb. Clarasonic specializes in thin and uniform slicing of these inner core materials.

The materials are for use in over-ear, micro-speakers, smart speakers, automotive, traditional loudspeakers, and other acoustic applications including damping. In addition to slicing, Clarasonic has thermos-forming and skinning (sandwich construction) capabilities. The materials are also used in structural applications such as marine, medical, construction, and automotive.
